This costume is based on Tsunade of the anime series Naruto. I'm sorry I don't have a good reference picture, but it seems to be very difficult to find pictures of this character that show the whole costume. This was a costume a number of people suggested I do because I physically resembled the character and because I'm... well... busty. After I got to know more about Tsunade, I decided I liked her and would do the costume.

The shoes were purchased specifically for the costume, though I've had a lot of fun wearing them other places since. The pants were made of dark blue bottom weight cotton with a little bit of lycra for fit. They zip closed over one hip with an invisible zipper. The top is made of gray cotton trimmed with dark blue piping. The 'obi' is actually a mock-obi and resembles a cummerbund upon closer inspection. It ties in the back with dark blue braided cord and is pleated down the front to give the impression of more material. The robe-like jacket is made out of a slinky green material that flows beautifully. The neck band is green satin, since I wanted a contrast between the shiny and matte fabrics. The kanji for "gamble" is hand painted on the back of the jacket in black in and red fabric paint.
